Re:  KED Complex Staining Project

Dear Bob:

     By way of this letter I would like to extend Colgate Universities 
thanks for a job well done!!  During the Alumni Reunion in June, the 
Board of Trustees, our President and many Alumni raved about the amazing
transformation that the KED complex underwent.  Most laymen thought 
that the building brick had been replaced and were amazed to know 
that it was a staining process that revived it.  Again, our thanks to 
you and your staff for being both professional and courteous while on 
our campus.  I would highly recommend using your firm again for any 
future work!
